Aerotek CNC Machinist in Cudahy, Wisconsin

Description:

At least 3+ years of set up operate and program editing of a CNC mills and lathes.

The Machine Operator for Milwaukee Cylinder in Cudahy, WI requires the operation of the following machines: Setup and operation of one or more numerically controlled vertical and turning centers; tube lathes; band saws; abrasive (stone) saws; tie rod machines. Along with the following duties: cleaning; de-burring; masking; painting of cylinders. In addition, material handling, general housekeeping, and removal of chips from machines are required. Perform all operations within the capability of the machine(s) being operated. The work is performed in a cellular production environment requiring flexibility to perform multiple tasks. Operation of Mazak Integrex Machining Center with 4th axis a plus.
