Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Shift: 10-6:30pm

Seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to repair equipment safely and with a sense of urgency as breakdowns occur, perform preventative maintenance according to system schedules, and provide technical assistance for new equipment purchases and production floor modifications. This role also involves executing and promoting safety and risk assessments for all tasks, assembling required documentation to transfer new product designs to production, performing and troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general repairs, and assisting in facility additions & renovations. The Maintenance Technician position is on-call in the event of a production schedule emergency.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

Work Environment

The employee works in both an office and plant environment. While in the plant, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate. This is a full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week, with hours of work and days scheduled determined by the Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor. Special circumstances such as off shift and weekend work might occur on rare occasions. It’s possible that the shift for this position may change in the future.
