Job Description
· We are seeking several skilled assemblers in the areas of
mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical assembly.
· The roles include Hydraulic Assembler, responsible for
building, installing, and testing hydraulic components for various heavy-duty equipment.
· Electrical Assembler, responsible for installing and
troubleshooting electrical wiring systems and components; and Test Pad
Operator,
· Responsible for inspecting and testing equipment before
delivery to customers. All roles may require the use of power supplies and
tools, and adherence to safety regulations is paramount.
Hard Skills
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
Understanding of hydraulic principles
Installation of electrical wiring systems and components
Troubleshooting of electrical malfunctions
Ability to conduct hydraulic functional testing
Assembly using jigs & fixtures, hydraulic test equipment, precision measuring instruments, and manual hand tools

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in DALEVILLE, Virginia.
Work Environment
The job offers a manufacturing/production environment that is fast-paced and
performance-driven. The work schedule includes the possibility of working 3 out of 4 Saturdays in a month. Dress code
includes plain colored T-Shirts (Blue / Grey), jeans, and steel-toed boots. The first two days will be spent in orientation from 8am to 4:30pm.
Shift & Pay
· First Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm ($19.50/hr)
· Second Shift: 3:15pm - 11:45pm ($21/hr)
· Third Shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am ($21/hr)
