Aerotek Electromechanical Assembler in Dallas, Texas

Hiring : Electromechanical Assembler / $20 / South Dallas

1st shift, half days on Fridays, great company with lots of room for growth

Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced electromechanical assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be required to comprehend and assemble equipment from electrical design schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical design documents. You should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the field and be familiar with electronic components such as transformers, transistors, capacitors, resistors, circuit boards, connectors, etc. Your duties will also include utilizing assembly tools; manual / automatic wire strippers & crimpers, mechanical hand tools, soldering irons, & de-soldering equipment. Hand Soldering Expertise with RoHS and non-RoHS solder is a must along with familiarity with ESD handling procedures. Fluency in English is required along with the ability to move or handle 40 pounds unassisted. Please note that choppy job history, lack of soldering assembly experience, and no experience reading electronic schematics will disqualify candidates.
