Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
We are seeking entry-level warehouse workers for our 1st shift in our warehouse department. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong tenure and be open-minded to learning our unique process of treading tires. The role involves working on your feet for the entire shift.
Hard Skills
Ability to lift 75-100+ lbs. daily
Experience with retreading tires
Less than 1 year of manufacturing experience
Soft Skills
Open-mindedness to learning new processes
Physical fitness
Work Environment
Our work environment is a clean, well-lit tire shop. Although not climate controlled, it's a comfortable workspace. We operate multiple warehouses in the area with a close-knit team of 20-25 people, where every individual is valued and not just considered a number.
