Job Title: Operator
Job Description
Join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector and contribute to the production of composite fabrics used in industries such as aerospace, space, defense, energy, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include a wide range of manufacturing tasks including kitting, moldings, layup, cure, demolding, heat treatment, densification, sanding, bonding, and assembly. You will handle various chemicals, fluids, and compressed gases, and operate machines like ply cutters, ovens, and pyrolysis furnaces. Work responsibilities also include following prints, work orders, verbal communications, and recording data into ERP systems. This full-time role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
