Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will engage in installations, start-up assistance for new installations, and modifications of equipment. Your role will involve discovering methods to improve efficiency, ensuring quality standards both individually and as part of a team. You will communicate across shifts with operators and other technicians to update and receive updates on equipment status. Your responsibilities also include interpreting blueprints and schematics, implementing methods to maintain production facilities, systems, and equipment. You will perform preventive, predictive, project, and reactive maintenance across all equipment, conduct routine diagnostic checks, and react promptly to equipment downtimes. This position requires maintaining accurate service records, inputting work order and equipment repair data into the maintenance management system, and rebuilding, repairing, and reassembling machines and equipment.
