As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee warehouse employees to achieve business objectives across safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness. Your role involves counseling and supporting hourly employees, addressing performance behaviors, implementing quality network problem-solving processes, and applying workplace organization to enhance layouts and efficiency. You will also be responsible for updating Timekeeping Systems for accurate payroll processing, documenting problem-solving activities, conducting daily meetings for business performance discussions, and ensuring safety by conducting weekly observation tours. Planning daily workloads and supporting colleagues to optimize shift performance are also key responsibilities.
