Job Title: Diesel Mechanic
Job Description
Conduct all repairs and required preventative maintenance of trailers, cranes, processors, and trucks. Troubleshoot and diagnose repairs independently. Understand and apply DOT information on trailers and AVI. Perform safety inspections on equipment and prepare necessary safety documents in compliance with FMCSA, company, and other regulations. Handle both major and minor parts changes, including suspension and wheel end maintenance. Execute welding and cutting operations, and identify potential equipment issues on trailers that could lead to safety concerns or equipment failure. Conduct routine inspections of the work area to ensure safety and proper maintenance. Looking to pay $25- $27 on first shift.
