Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate, you will operate a forklift to move pallets and boxes, unload inventory from trucks, and assist in various inventory management tasks. Your responsibilities will include handling the inventory receiving process, performing cycle counts, moving inventory to designated bin locations, and verifying returned items. You will also pull and stage inventory for customer pick-up or delivery, verify pick tickets with outgoing inventory, and assist in preparing orders for shipping. Additionally, you will conduct irrigation head change outs, assist in annual inventory tasks, and maintain general cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse. Your role is vital in supporting our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in DEERFIELD BEACH, Florida.
Work Environment
The role is based in a non-climate controlled, hot warehouse environment. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Physical tasks include balancing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing 20 to 70 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. You may be exposed to extreme temperature conditions, odors, fumes, dust, dirt, wetness, humidity, machinery noise, and occasional presence of insects and animals due to open overhead doors.
