Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Join our award-winning team at a leading manufacturing company specializing in plastic bottles for various industries, including home care, professional cleaning, food & beverage, nutrition & wellness, ice melt, and pet care. Celebrating over half a century in the business and recently named one of the best places to work in 2023, we are looking for dedicated Machine Operators to manage our cutting-edge, highly automated production lines. Your role will include operating blow-molding and injection molding machines, troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal machine performance using various tools.
Hard Skills
1 year of experience in machine operation
Proficiency in operating blow-molding and injection molding machines
Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machinery
Experience in routine machine maintenance including preventative maintenance, greasing, and small repairs
Skilled in using hand and power tools
Soft Skills
Problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to work in a team environment

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Delavan, WI
Work Environment
Our state-of-the-art facility, built in 2020, is climate-controlled to provide a comfortable work environment. The work schedule is rotating with 4 days on and 4 days off, ensuring a consistent and predictable pattern for both day shifts (7 am to 7 pm) and night shifts (7 pm to 7 am). Our team consists of approximately 30 employees, with around 20 on the shop floor.
