Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician. The chosen candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of duties including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our business and the safety and productivity of our systems and processes. Key responsibilities include cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery, disassembling equipment for repairs, testing machinery operations, troubleshooting various systems, and adhering to safety and company guidelines. Accurate and timely documentation is required, and all tasks must comply with federal, state, and local safety regulations.

Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, gearboxes, VFD/HMI/Servo control devices, conveying systems, industrial printers, valves, photo eyes, switches, heat exchangers, level controls
Ability to refer to blueprints and manufacturers' manuals
Metal cutting and welding
Computer-controlled machinery programming
Documentation and record keeping
Knowledge of SAP or other MIS/ERP systems
