Location : Lewisville, Texas (1st Shift)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and experienced TIG welder to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating production welding equipment (TIG, MIG, Spot) to fabricate high-quality products from stainless steel and aluminum. You'll also play a key role in ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate TIG, MIG, and Spot welding equipment

  • Weld parts according to blueprints and specifications

  • Maintain production schedules and quality control standards

  • Assist with training less experienced welders

  • Maintain a safe work environment and comply with company safety regulations

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Spot welding in a manufacturing environment

  • Proven ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality

  • Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum metals

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Familiarity with measuring tools (dial calipers, squares)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED or work experience)

  • Welding certifications preferred but not required

Compensation : $20-$24/hr
