Job Title: Wire Cutter in Denver CO
Job Description
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals for the position of Wire Cutter. Successful candidates will be part of a team working in a bustling warehouse, specifically in our wire cutting section. Daily tasks include:
moving spools of wire to the cutting area
pulling wire and hooking it to the roller counter
checking job codes for the length of wire needed
running the spool until the desired length is reached
cutting the wire and wrapping and palletizing the wire for forklift operators
Shifts:
1st: 6am-3pm (M-F) - $20.50/hr
2nd: 12pm-9pm (M-F) - $22/hr
Hard Skills
Experience in Production or Warehouse work
Ability to lift and pull up to 75lbs
Familiarity with wire cutting procedures and equipment
Strong attention to detail
Reliability
Ability to work independently
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Denver, Colorado.
Work Environment
This is a physically demanding role, requiring lifting and pulling of heavy objects. Candidates will be working in one specific area for their entire shift. This role is not typical warehouse work. Although this is a one-year project, exceptional performers will be considered for other roles within our warehouse at the end of the project.
