Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift role responsible for plant maintenance tasks including preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and general facility upkeep. Your responsibilities will cover working on CNC machinery, extrusion machinery, brake presses, lasers, and powder coating machines. Expect to engage in routine maintenance such as greasing bearings and tightening bolts, and repairing complex components of extrusion machines like 480v 3-phase motors, servos, AC/DC motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, extruders, VFDs, and gear boxes. Additionally, proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, new machine installation, or project work is highly regarded. Your shift will typically run from 11pm-7am or 10pm-6am, Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Saturday, with initial training on a traditional day shift. Alternatively, a night swing shift from 6pm-6am is available based on your preference.
