Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Solar Electrician to perform a variety of tasks on new construction projects in Virginia. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to terminate, pull conductors into conduit, crimp lugs to conductors, and land lugs with minimal assistance. Additionally, the role requires providing support with general labor tasks on site, such as pulling wire and managing wire setups. This is a traveling position to Northern Virginia.

Work Environment
Join our dynamic team on a 7 MW solar project, which is part of a 10 project portfolio set for completion in 2024. This role involves transitioning to new sites upon project completion. Work is primarily during the day shift in all weather conditions, focusing on non-energized electrical tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Expect 45-60 hours of work per week depending on the project schedules.
