Job Title: Packaging Technician

Job Description

As a Packaging Technician, you will be responsible for loading boxes and cans, operating and troubleshooting machinery which includes starting and stopping packaging equipment. Your role involves performing visual inspections to ensure the correct boxes and graphics are used, verifying coding on bottles, cans, boxes, and kegs, and accurately filling out process quality checks. You will report any major defects or quality issues to the shift lead or supervisor. Additionally, you will perform machine and beer line sanitation, clean in place operations, communicate with warehouse personnel regarding inventory returns, perform package format changeovers, and operate forklifts safely to move materials around the warehouse. Your contributions will be crucial in recommending changes to SOPs and assisting in training team members.

Work Environment
