Aerotek Production Mixer in Escondido, California
Job Title: Production Mixer
Job Description
Responsible for lifting at least 50 lbs of flour bags and dumping them into a mixing vat.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each product produced daily
Perform basic math operations to adjust ingredient quantities for different batch sizes.
Involved in loading materials into machines and keeping your work area clean.
Ensure all mixing tools are accounted for to prevent any from falling into the batter.
Requires climbing stairs and working on a 2nd story platform for certain products, so a comfort with heights is necessary
Schedule may vary depending on production needs
Shift
11:00am-7:30pm / Monday-Saturday
12:00am-8:30am / Monday-Saturday
Overtime required as needed
Work Environment
The role is based in a large industrial bakery which can become very warm, especially during summer. Please note, the environment may contain peanuts, almonds, and walnuts.
