Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment. You will work with conveyors, PLCs, robots, vision systems, and computer-controlled devices. Your role involves communicating effectively about requirements and status with the production team and working independently to perform preventative maintenance as per written schedules. You will be responsible for maintaining and potentially improving system performance to match design specifications. Additional responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and inspections on dispensing and unit dose packaging equipment, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining an organized spare parts inventory, and using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders. You will ensure safety compliance, participate in special projects, and be involved in the assembly and testing of various mechanical devices.

Work Environment

The role operates on a 2-3-2 shift pattern from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM in a pharmacy setting. The environment is clean with large dispensing machines. The setting is casual, allowing a relaxed dress code, while maintaining high compliance with FDA standards.
