Pay/Shift
19-21/hr - All openings will train on 1st shift
2nd shift - 2pm-10:30pm - M-F
3rd shift - 10pm-6:30am - M-F
Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for following work orders and written instructions to set up and operate various machines in our plant. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and perfect your skills alongside our experienced team. Your duties will include setting up and operating machines for production runs, ensuring the correct tooling and programs are used for each job. You will also adjust machine feed and speed, change tooling, and make adjustments to machine controls in the event of a malfunction. Additionally, you'll calculate machine speed and feed ratio, as well as the size and position of each cut, using precision measuring tools. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also a key aspect of this role.
Hard Skills
Entry level CNC operating
Production or manufacturing experience
Ability to adjust machine feed and speed
Ability to change tooling
Ability to make adjustments to machine controls during malfunctions
Ability to calculate machine speed and feed ratio
Knowledge of size and position of each cut
Use of precision measuring tools
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Eureka, Missouri.
