Aerotek Quality Control Technician in Eureka, Missouri

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Job Description

The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for performing quality inspections on all products, primarily CNC manufactured parts. The role involves utilizing various inspection tools, such as granite surface plates, test machines, micrometers, calipers, and other types of gauges. This position is for the 1st shift.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections on all products using various inspection tools.

  • Proofread paperwork and check roll drawing specifications against customer drawings.

  • Perform initial and final clearance checks on tools using indicators.

  • Assemble components to create finished products as needed.

  • Set up and run test machines when required.

  • Conduct initial and final inspections involving several quality checks on tools.

  • Update transactions using Oracle and WIP mover programs on computers.

  • Manage waste responsibly by utilizing proper containers and participating in recycling programs.

  • Promote energy conservation within the workplace.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
