Job Title: Production Supervisor

Salary position starting between 65 - 75k depending on experience

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our production facility, ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. This key leadership role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Responsibilities include motivating and guiding production staff, ensuring all safety and health standards are met, communicating with upper management about production issues, evaluating machine resources for continued production and minimal downtime, balancing increased productivity with reduced manufacturing costs, setting productivity goals, developing efficient workflow policies and procedures, and scheduling staff adequately.

Hard Skills

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in injection molding as a supervisor

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Evansville, Indiana.

Work Environment

Industrial environment in a plastics facility with climate control, new machinery, and equipment in a warehouse setting. The company operates in a shared space with plans to expand, located in Evansville, IN.
