Job Title: Production Technician
Job Description
As a Production Technician, your principal duties include reporting to the Production Supervisor, communicating with production personnel at shift changes, troubleshooting formulations and lines, operating all production machinery, creating production batches per supplied formulation, monitoring and logging readings/events for extrusion equipment and production runs, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and supporting and complying with safety programs. You'll also be expected to perform all functions in adherence to ISO 9001 guidelines and other duties as requested.
Hard Skills

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 520 Hour(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Evansville, Indiana.
Work Environment
The work environment is a medium-sized extrusion operation in a warehouse. The warehouse temperature is somewhat climate controlled but can get cool during winter and hot during summer. The job requires three shifts, with a $1.00 shift differential for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The current schedule involves working 4 days with two 12-hour days and two 8-hour days, starting on Sunday. The starting pay potential is $18/hr. - 20/hr., depending on experience, with the potential to earn up to $22/hr. for the right candidate. The job requires steel-toe shoes, with other PPE provided by the company.
