Job Title: 1st and 2nd Shift Packaging
Job Description
Join our team in a dynamic role where you will work on a food packaging production line. Your main responsibilities will include weighing food for each serving, packaging it into dishes, and ensuring each dish is filled with the correct type of food for the day, which includes a variety of meats, pastas, rice, and vegetables. This role requires standing for the entire shift and performing repetitive tasks.

This is a fully on-site, Long term position in Fairmont, Minnesota.
Work Environment
The position is based in a food production environment where the temperature is maintained at 52-53 degrees on the production floor and 34 degrees in the Weigh Pack/Cold Room. Strict adherence to dress code is required, including wearing a hair net, smock/lab coat, and beard cover if applicable. No jewelry is allowed on the production floor, including wedding rings.
Pay
1st Shift - $14.25/HR
2nd Shift - $15.25/HR
