Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Worker
Job Description
Join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Worker, where you will be responsible for pulling and staging orders for delivery across MN/ND, using dollies and lifts to load doors, and receiving raw material into the warehouse. Your role involves using scanning and inventory systems to track outgoing orders and incoming materials, and keeping shop management updated on statuses and changes. You will match part numbers with job numbers for invoices and shipping labels, assist with loading doors for shipping, and occasionally lift up to 80 lbs of awkwardly shaped items. Attention to detail is crucial as you will need to match colors, part numbers, job numbers, invoices, and shipping labels. Once permanent, you will also assist with in-town deliveries, requiring a valid driver's license and willingness to drive a box truck.

This is a fully on-site position in Fargo, North Dakota.
Work Environment
You will work in a very clean, well-laid out shop with a team of 8-10 in production. The shop does not have AC, but is equipped with many doors and fans for ventilation. Training will be provided by the production supervisor. The work hours 8a-4:30pm Monday-Friday, with minimal overtime expected. You will be part of a great group of people who value learning and training.
