Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a diligent Facilities Maintenance Technician to take on the overall maintenance responsibility for a prominent shopping center portfolio. The role involves ensuring all aspects of the facility are operating as per the highest standards and regulatory guidelines such as OSHA to promote a safe working environment. The technician will perform inspections, identify potential hazards, and carry out repairs and maintenance tasks ranging from plumbing and electrical work to cosmetic enhancements. The position also entails managing inventory, overseeing vendor repairs, generating preventative maintenance programs, assisting with event setup, and being on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Job Type

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Farmington, Utah and some days remote.

Work Environment

The position is based at Station Park shopping center in Farmington, which hosts multiple shopping malls and food centers. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8:30pm. This role may require working some weekends and holidays. The work environment is typical of retail facilities maintenance, with additional responsibilities during center events and promotional activities.
