Job Description:
Service and repair our automated beverage machines placed in commercial settings, primarily restaurants, across the South Florida area (Dade, Broward, Palm Beach) and occasionally Orlando.
Diagnosing equipment issues, working with the machine's software, replacing worn out components, and testing refurbished equipment.
Will not be fixing defective parts in the field, but diagnosing and swapping them out.
QA inspections, maintaining detailed records of all refurbishment processes, and coordinating with the procurement team for ordering spare parts/components.
