Commercial Finish Carpenters Job Duties:
Metal/wood Stud Framing
Doors & Hardware
Dry Wall Hanging
Acoustic ceilings
Trim work
Case work
Qualifications:
Previous commercial carpentry experience
Reliable transportation
Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment
Willing to meet physical requirements for walking inspection of an improved and unimproved property, lifting and carrying equipment/mechanical components (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), hand excavation/digging (using shovels/picks), operating electric tools (drills, saws, jackhammer, etc.), and providing services under varying weather conditions.
Work Environment/Shift:
Close proximity to workers/equipment and possible overtime/weekend work
PPE Requirements: Steel-toed boots, hart had, and safety glasses
Shift: 1st shift M-F 7-3:30
