Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
Performs electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rework, including testing and repairing various electronic products and mechanical assemblies. Utilizes schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, engineering drawings, and wire lists. Responsibilities also include operating small power tools, hand tools, computerized and high-pressure equipment, installing electrical components, and connecting lead wires to testing equipment. Supports assembly, troubleshooting, and testing efforts under close supervision and assists in fulfilling customer expectations. Ensures adherence to all quality and safety standards and supports other projects as needed.

This is a fully on-site position in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a small manufacturing shop from Monday to Friday, 6am-6pm, with potential weekend work.
