Job Title: Production Technician
Job Description
Safely and efficiently manage the operation of plasma reactors according to production schedules. Monitor and adjust reactor parameters in real time to optimize performance and output quality. Perform regular maintenance of the reactors and associated equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues, implementing corrective actions and cleanings to minimize downtime. Ensure that the produced fertilizers meet predefined quality standards. Conduct tests and inspections to verify the products' composition, effectiveness, and safety. Work closely with engineers to refine production techniques. Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and environmental regulations. Participate in safety drills and training sessions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Maintain accurate production data records, including maintenance activities and quality control results. Utilize data to generate reports for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, to support the development of new fertilizer formulations or production methods.
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Shift: Wednesday-Sunday 9am-5pm
Pay: $25-27/hr
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fremont, California.
Work Environment
Start-up work environment in a large warehouse which can be cold at times. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, is required.
