Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, your responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of machines in a fast-paced environment. You will operate up to three machines simultaneously, making adjustments and setting up machines as needed. Your duties will include preparing molds for production, managing machine set-ups, change overs, start-ups, shut downs, and some tooling changes on machines. You will also be responsible for inspecting produced parts to ensure no damages.

This is a fully on-site position in Fremont, Ohio.
Work Environment
This role offers 2nd and 3rd shift openings. It is a Direct Placement position with the potential for Contract-to-Hire due to hourly Direct Placement. The work location is at a large manufacturing company with over 400 employees. The work environment can be hot and requires specific PPE, which will be provided by the company. Some overtime is available, typically amounting to 45 hours in this role. Comprehensive training will be provided for the first 12 weeks on the first shift, after which you will move to the off shift. This is a non-union role.
