Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Fresno, California

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for conforming to quality standards, updating and monitoring a preventative maintenance program, relieving and covering maintenance department vacations to minimize overtime costs, and coordinating day-to-day preventative maintenance requirements. The role requires proficiency in all maintenance areas and involves establishing parts ordering requirements, developing a maintenance-related training schedule for production staff, and assisting in their technical training. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting plant equipment, performing repairs, researching and implementing system upgrades, analyzing and repairing specialized equipment, and maintaining a working understanding of plant production processes. The technician will also order parts and materials as required for tasks, maintain professional dress, and ensure safety in all operations.

Work Environment
