Aerotek Maintenance Tech in GARLAND, Texas

Manufacturing Maintenance technician, URGENT 27+/hour. Garland, TX

3rd Shift. Pay ranges from $27-$32/hr. starting out based on experience. Great benefits, opportunity for overtime.

Job Description:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with industrial machinery and equipment.

  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

  • Utilize your PLC knowledge to program and maintain automated systems.

  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, production personnel, and other technicians.

  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.

  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.

  • Proficiency in using PLCs for industrial automation (a major plus!).

  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Shift and Pay:

  • 3rd shift 5pm - 5am. 3-2-2 schedule.

  • $27 to $32/hr. based on experience.
