Aerotek Branch Operations Manager in Gormley, Ontario
Hiring a permanent Branch Operations Manager for our client in Gormley!
About the Role
You will be tasked with the management of construction supervisors and production managers. You will oversee the entire back area of the facility, which encompasses multiple departments and personnel. Your responsibilities will include utilizing computer systems and CRM tools to monitor profit, logistics, fleet, and other relevant operators. The role also requires you to uphold safety standards, control costs, and efficiently manage inventory while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.

Qualifications
5+ years experience in supervisory/management roles in a construction or manufacturing environment
Ability to do budgeting and reviewing profit
Computer skills (word, excel, crm's)
Experience with fleet management/logistics
Must be comfortable travelling to client sites or for meetings 5-10% of the time
Shift and Pay
Days, Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
$80,000-100,000 depending on experience
