Job Title: Site Manager
Job Description
As a Site Manager, you will be tasked with the management of construction supervisors and production managers. You will oversee the entire back area of the facility, which encompasses multiple departments and personnel. Your responsibilities will include utilizing computer systems and CRM tools to monitor profit, logistics, fleet, and other relevant operations. The role also requires you to uphold safety standards, control costs, manage the branch operations workforce, and efficiently manage inventory while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. You will maintain high service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and aim for high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
5+ years in supervisory/management experience in construction or manufacturing environment
Budgeting and reviewing profit
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM tools)
Experience with fleet management and logistics
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Gormley, Ontario.
This is a direct hire position paying $80,000-$100,000 salary
