Job Title: Robotics Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining robots and automated equipment throughout our plant. You will work on a variety of tasks including advanced troubleshooting on 3-phase 480v systems and electrical circuits, maintaining and installing automated machinery, repairing and installing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programming or rerouting robotic systems. Additionally, you may be required to maintain facility equipment and perform basic housekeeping duties.

Hard Skills

  • Robotics maintenance

  • PLC maintenance

  • Automation

  • Troubleshooting on 3-phase 480v systems

  • Installation of automated machinery

  • Repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Programming or rerouting robotic systems

  • Use of multimeters and other electrical testing equipment

  • Interpretation of manuals, schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Goshen, Indiana.

Work Environment

Our work environment is a clean, modern plant with brand new automated machines, machine cells and office areas. Our automated robots act as forklifts, moving material in and out of the facility. We operate on a 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off schedule, with both day and night shifts available.
