Job Title: Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic for 1st and 2nd shifts with an opportunity to advance into a Maintenance Technician role. As a Mechanical Operator Technician, you will be the first responder to machine malfunctions. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, conducting initial repairs, and collaborating with Maintenance Technicians for complex issues. Additionally, you will educate and guide other operators to prevent repetitive errors and set up and operate various machines. This role demands a solid mechanical aptitude, a basic understanding of electricity, and the ability to work overtime and in different areas as needed. You must be a logical thinker who can identify problems and devise solutions. The work environment can reach up to 105°F during peak summer months, and you may be exposed to paint and stain fumes. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and is required for specific tasks.

*$2/hr shift premium is offered for off-shift hours
