Aerotek Machine Operator in Graham, North Carolina
Job Title: Entry-Level Machine Operator
Location: Graham, NC
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd (Monday through Friday with
overtime availability)
Responsibilities:
Operate machines according to established procedures.
Perform machine setups and changeovers.
Observe product quality and identify defects.
Take accurate measurements using rulers and other measuring tools.
Work with a live inventory system, maintaining attention to detail.
Ensure timely production of goods.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues such as jams or breakdowns.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience (textile experience, especially with tenter framed machines, is a plus).
Ability to follow order sheets with precision (lot numbers can be 9-10 digits long).
Familiarity with inventory systems.
Comfortable with machine setups, adjustments, and reading measurements.
Basic computer skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs when needed.

Compensation:
Starting pay: $15 per hour
After a successful probationary period of 4 months, you will receive a $2 raise, bringing your hourly rate to $17
