Job Title: Welder

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The role involves laying out, clamping, and setting approved fabrication pieces based on blueprints, then welding them together. The candidate will also handle all finishing and grinding of welds. Training is provided for blueprint work. The position requires MIG welding on steel and some aluminum.

Starting pay with this role would be in between $22/hr - 26$/hr depending on your experience and a weld test.

This position does include Benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Profit sharing, PTO, Flexible Spending Accounts, and 401K.

The standard work schedule is Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and half-days on Fridays as needed.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Work Environment

Our workplace features a clean, updated facility with ample space and a newly added break room with a mini market. The environment is primarily concrete floors with fatigue mats in some areas. They are an company the assembles and welds various safety equipment with lots of room for growth.
