Job description:
Seeking qualified Travel Automation Technician specializing in injection mold and blow mold machines, you will be responsible for traveling to client sites to install, configure, and maintain our automation systems. You will work closely with clients' manufacturing teams to ensure the smooth integration and operation of the machines. Additionally, you will provide technical support and training to end-users, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and collaborate with our engineering team to continuously improve our automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
Travel to client sites to install, configure, and maintain automated injection mold and blow mold machines.
Collaborate with clients' manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the machines.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on the operation and maintenance of the machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions that arise during installation or operation.
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new automation solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in injection mold and blow mold machine automation technology.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Proven experience as an Automation Technician, preferably with experience in installing and maintaining injection mold and blow mold machines.
Strong knowledge of automation systems, particularly in the context of injection mold and blow mold machines.
Proficiency in programming languages such as PLC, HMI, or similar.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
Compensation:
Pay: $28- $34 an hour
All travel expenses covered including hotel, food, and travel.
