Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic manufacturing team, dedicated to maintaining equipment used in the production of body washes, soaps, and hand sanitizers. The successful candidates will troubleshoot and maintain labelers, fillers, and capping machines. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently by performing mechanical maintenance, identifying faulty equipment, and executing repairs and periodic maintenance tasks. Maintenance Technicians will also coach line teams, lead continuous improvement events, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Shift: 12 Hour PM Shift 2-2-3 6PM-6AM
Pay: $26-$36/hour + quarterly incentive bonuses*
Hard Skills
Industrial Maintenance Experience in a GMP environment
Maintaining pneumatic systems
Troubleshooting mechanical equipment
Work Environment
Clean, high-speed equipment environment. The work is fast-paced, covering three different focuses: soaps and body washes, alcohol-based compounding for fragrance mists, and sanitizers.

UPTO/PTO: 3.08 hours accrued bi-weekly up-to 80 hours per calendar year + 40 hours of UPTO on day 1. Raised to 120 hours after 5 full years of employment.
