Aerotek Forklift Operator in Hamilton, Ontario
Description:
We are hiring forklift operators for a custom Foundation Construction equipment manufacturer in Hamilton, Ontario. In this position, forklift operators will need to be both indoor and outdoor working to load and offload trucks with materials. The forklifts are enclosed with heating for the winter. They provide all gear and heated gloves for winter conditions as well. Will be operating a 4-ton, 8-ton, 12-ton and 32-ton forklift, carry steel beams across the yard and organize materials, and using an overhead crane as well.
Qualification:
Forklift experience (industrial environments, large loads)
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
The ability to lift 50lbs
Shift & Wage:
Rotating shift: Days 7am-3pm, Nights 12pm-8pm
Pays $22-$25/hr (depending on experience)
