Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for receiving dispatched service calls and ensuring a prompt response. Your duties will include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing service problems, and carrying out repairs. You will also maintain inventory and upkeep of equipment, document all work performed, and ensure that point of sale materials are fresh. Additional responsibilities may include machine movement and other duties as assigned depending on the location.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Hanover, Maryland.
Work Environment
This is a field service position requiring travel within the Metropolitan areas of Maryland, DC, and VA (Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax County). Your home base will be in Maryland, where you will occasionally pick up materials. You will be provided with a company vehicle for transportation. Work hours are from 8am-4pm, with shifts available from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. During the contract-to-hire period, you will accompany a Lead Tech to learn about the products.
