Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as an Assembler, where you will be responsible for building high-speed automatic industrial doors, specifically customized spiral doors. Each assembly role involves teamwork in cells using overhead cranes and lifting platforms to facilitate the construction process. You will be cross-trained in all areas, starting with basic tasks to familiarize yourself with our products and operations. Your daily responsibilities will include lifting up to 50lbs, reading blueprints, and using various hand and power tools such as drill punches, grinders, heat guns, and impact drills. This role requires basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure and map out parts lengths using a ruler.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hartford, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The work environment is very clean and team-oriented. It is not climate-controlled, but remains comfortable as there is minimal heat generation. Shift starting at 5:00 AM until 2:30 PM or starting at 5:30 AM until 3:00 PM. Overtime is available but not often mandatory.
