Concrete Precast Laborer
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will assist a crew of 3-5 in the production of concrete precast products such as concrete pipes, highway center barricades, manhole chutes, and bridge supports. Your responsibilities will include measuring and preparing forms for pouring concrete, removing the forms post-pour, and loading the products onto trucks or moving them into the yard. During winter, you will engage in general shop work. This role is essential in creating critical components sold to industries such as aggregate, highway construction, and industrial contractors.

This is a fully on-site position in Hawley, Minnesota.
Work Environment
Prepare for a physically demanding role where you will be on your feet for 12-14 hours per day. While the job involves some heavy lifting, most of the lifting is facilitated by cranes operated by experienced employees. The environment is lively, with a culture of hard work mixed with fun and camaraderie. You will mostly work indoors, but some outside work is required depending on the product size. Initial dress code includes jeans and a t-shirt, and you will receive safety yellow shirts after a period. You are required to provide your own steel-toed boots and rain gear. We will provide hard hats, work gloves, safety glasses, and all necessary tools and equipment
