We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to setup new customer accounts, and software records based on customer purchases. Setting up customer accounts quickly and accurately positions the customer to be successful when they receive their drones.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Enter and update data in our systems accurately and efficiently.

• Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies, ensuring quality control.

• Adhere to established data entry protocols to maintain operational excellence.

• Work collaboratively with team members to address and resolve data discrepancies.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to move between multiple document types and different software systems will be required.

What would make you a good fit:

• Self-starter with excellent data entry skills

• Superb attention to detail

• 1+ years of order management experience.

• Experience working with Google Sheets, Netsuite, Salesforce, Notion and JIRA preferred
