Aerotek Maintenance Coordinator in Hebron, Kentucky

Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description

  • Plan repair work using available tools and equipment
  • Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician, such as repairing drywall, painting, assembling furniture, repairing doors, and other building fixtures
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems
  • Clean and assist with the upkeep of facilities
  • Perform other related maintenance and repair duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Create maintenance schedules; generate, open, and close work orders electronically
  • Learn basic controls programming and troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs
  • Troubleshoot and analyze root causes for machine malfunctions, including proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, conveyor motors, stretch wrappers, dock doors, etc.
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings for motor control circuits
  • Perform safety inspections on maintenance and production areas
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to priority changes to maximize equipment availability
