Aerotek Production Worker in Henderson, Colorado

Job Description
Join our Production team in a dynamic role where you will be a vital part of the manufacturing process for exterior caulk used in commercial construction. You will be operating mixing machines, handling the formulation of products, and running packaging machines to prepare caulking tubes for shipment.
Operating mixing machinery and handling 5-gallon buckets for formulation processes.
Mixing pre-measured chemicals based on specific formulas.
Running packaging machinery for caulking tubes.
Maintaining a clean-shaven face to safely wear respiratory protection when necessary.
Note: This role involves physical labor, including lifting 40-50 lb drums, and can be dirty, similar to a construction environment.
Shift Details
Shifts run from 5 pm to 5:30 am, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, with a rotating schedule every 2 weeks. Training will be provided from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday during the first week.
First shift is from 5:00am - 5:00pm.
Pay
$24 per hour
Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in heavy manufacturing/production or construction/labor. Purely warehouse experience candidates may not be suitable for this role.
Candidates should be resilient, adaptable, and able to work well in a team setting.
Additional Information
The hiring process includes an on-site interview and a facility tour. A standard BG check is required, as well as a medical screening and a drug screen that does not test for THC.
Contract Details
This is a Contract to Hire position with an initial duration of 6 months.
