Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to handle the operation and maintenance of high-speed industrial printing presses. The role involves ensuring the consistent production of high-quality printed materials. A typical day will start with a safety huddle, followed by tasks such as verifying quality, monitoring ink fountains, and changing over plates, blankets, and inks under the guidance of a shift leader.
Hard Skills
1+ years experience in the printing industry, specifically in dry offset process printing
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Familiarity with using tools like wrenches, flat head screwdrivers, and metric extended wrenches (preferred, not required)
Soft Skills
Flexibility with shift timings, especially during training period
Ability to work comfortably in a large, loud manufacturing environment
Strong adherence to safety and quality protocols

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Henderson, Nevada.
Work Environment
Candidates must be flexible with shift timings, starting with first shift for training, then moving to second or third shifts. Work environment requires steel toe shoes; all other personal protective equipment will be provided. Adherence to dress code and GMPs is mandatory.
