Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

Seeking a Mechanical Assembler with a keen eye for detail and a knack for using power tools. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 year of experience in mechanical assembly, specifically with hydraulics, and a solid experience in using air tools. This position involves mounting bodies and various parts onto chassis using basic hand tools and air tools, assembling parts, running hydraulic lines, drilling parts and completing basic 12v electrical wiring. This is a physical role requiring bending, lifting up to 50lbs, stooping, working on knees, and working at heights and in small spaces. Training will be provided to the successful candidate, so long as they exhibit a basic mechanical ability, some experience with air tools, and a willingness to learn.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hockley, Texas.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a non-climate controlled facility, assembling mechanic trucks, water trucks and tanks, vac trucks, off road vehicles, and more. They must be able to work in all conditions as it may be cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
